Ramyboard

Ramyboard is the CSR performance and operations dashboard built for home service companies. Every inbound call is analyzed, scored, and surfaced on a mobile-friendly leaderboard — so your front office always knows where they stand and owners can see the booking-rate reality behind every lead. WHAT YOU GET • AI call scoring with a 10-category rubric: greeting, empathy, discovery, urgency, price handling, booking, objection handling, info capture, upsell, closing • Real-time leaderboard sorted by booking rate, booked count, call volume, or quality score • Per-call radar chart showing exactly where each CSR is strong and where they need coaching • Excluded-call intelligence — answering service, vendor, spam, and voicemail calls don't skew scores • Dispute workflow — CSRs flag unfair scores, managers review, final reviewers approve • Owner-side Operations Analysis (separate tier) — daily TICs, revenue, installs, service callbacks, weather impact, all from your HCP / ServiceTitan and CallRail / JustCall data WHO IT'S FOR • HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other home service owners who want to know which CSRs are closing and which are leaking leads • Managers who run daily coaching sessions and need the receipts • CSRs who want to see their own scores and dispute anything the AI misread HOW IT INTEGRATES Ramyboard syncs directly with Housecall Pro or ServiceTitan for jobs and customers, plus CallRail or JustCall for calls and recordings. No double entry, no stale data, no manual tagging. Push notifications alert owners and managers to critical events — lost-to-availability, missed opportunities over $200, or negative sentiment calls — the moment they happen.
