StormWitness

Document your home BEFORE the storm. File a successful insurance claim AFTER. StormWitness is the app homeowners, renters, and small business owners use to photograph their property the right way — before severe weather hits — so when damage happens, their claim gets paid. Hurricane season is here. If you don't have dated, geo-tagged proof of your property's condition BEFORE a storm, your insurance claim is already at risk. StormWitness fixes that in an afternoon. REAL STORM ALERTS — Delivered straight from the U.S. National Weather Service, tied to your property address. Hurricane watches, tornado warnings, severe thunderstorm alerts, and flash flood notifications. THE INSURANCE CHECKLIST — A room-by-room, exterior-by-exterior guide that tells you exactly what to photograph, and why each shot matters for your claim. No more wondering if you documented enough. AUTO-TAGGED, AUTO-TIMED — Every photo is automatically stamped with the date, time, and GPS coordinates. This metadata is what insurance adjusters need to prove pre-storm condition. CLAIM-READY REPORTS — Generate a polished, timestamped report you can download and send to your insurance carrier. Turns a 10-hour documentation task into a 10-minute tap-through. YOUR PHOTOS STAY YOURS — All photos are stored only on your device. Nothing is uploaded anywhere unless you choose to export it. We don't sell your data. Ever. WHY IT MATTERS The #1 reason insurance claims get denied or underpaid is insufficient proof of pre-loss condition. Adjusters routinely argue that damage pre-existed or was less severe than claimed — and without photos from BEFORE the storm, homeowners have no way to push back. StormWitness turns your phone into a personal insurance adjuster. You'll document things most people miss: roof condition, serial numbers on appliances, high-value items, exterior walls, fence lines, landscaping, and more. Each checklist item includes a plain-language explanation of why that photo matters. CONFIRM YOUR COVERAGE Documentation is only half the picture. Once you've completed your StormWitness checklist, take 20 minutes to review it with your insurance agent. Share the photos, walk through the high-value items, and ask: "Would my current policy actually cover replacing all of this?" Most homeowners discover they're underinsured only after filing a claim. StormWitness makes that conversation easy — and prevents the most expensive mistake in home insurance. BUILT FOR STORM SEASON Whether you're in Florida's Hurricane Alley, Texas's Tornado Corridor, the Louisiana Gulf Coast, or anywhere severe weather hits, StormWitness gives you a calm, repeatable pre-storm routine. Documentation you can trust when it matters most.
