Photograph the digital display on your own home blood pressure monitor — SnapVitals reads the systolic, diastolic, and pulse digits in seconds and saves them as a journal entry. No Bluetooth pairing, no device-specific app, no setup. Built for households. Add a profile for each family member; readings, charts, and reminders stay separate per person.
