About MAE Sales Assistant
MAE Sales Assistant helps car dealership teams stay on top of every customer interaction without the paperwork. Start a recording with one tap, fill in the customer details as you go, and let MAE handle the rest. Transcripts are generated automatically, guest sheets are ready to print, and every lead is tracked in one place so nothing slips through the cracks. Built for the showroom floor. Designed to be fast, simple, and out of your way. Support: For questions or help, reach us at [email protected]
What’s new
Version 1.5 · Updated June 17, 2026
Updates: - Recording is no longer lost if intake submission fails. Submitting the intake form now saves the details first and only ends the recording once the save succeeds. If the save fails, the recording keeps running and your form details stay put, just retry. (Retries also keep the recording correctly attached.) - Clearer guidance when attaching a customer. The Attach Customer section now reminds you not to submit the form for an existing customer, and to finish the session by tapping Stop on the recording screen and selecting that customer.
