ARC-Fit

Most fitness apps sell you a personality. ARC hands you tools. Scan a product in your pantry — ARC reads the ingredient list, cross-references it against flagged additives (many banned in the EU and Canada for decades), and returns a tier: • Gold — lab verified • Silver — certified clean • Bronze — ingredient verified • Unverified — red flags present The database grows every time a user scans something new. TELL ARC YOU HAVE 35 MINUTES ARC writes the workout. Dumbbells only, shoulders sore, want to end on cardio — it handles that. If the gym is busy, tap regenerate. It's $10 a month. The comparison is not subtle: a human trainer is usually $150 a session. LOG WHAT YOU ATE Free. Photo, barcode, or search. Track protein, fiber, fat, carbs, and the stuff most trackers leave out — additive count, processing level, and whether any of the ingredients are flagged. FIND PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY TRAIN The social feed inside ARC is for people who worked out today. Trainers are verified trainers. Studios are verified studios. No drop-shipped supplements, no influencer bait, no MLM pitches. MARKETPLACE Supplements and clean-label products, scored on the same 4-tier system as everything else in the scanner. If it's on the shelf here, the ingredient list has been read. You can sort by tier. WHO IT'S FOR The 17-year-old athlete. The 34-year-old parent fitting training into lunch. The 62-year-old rebuilding after knee surgery. ARC works for all three because it's a set of tools, not a vibe. WHAT YOU GET FOR FREE • Food and supplement scanner (unlimited) • Workout logging • Meal logging • Social feed • Trainer + studio directory • Marketplace access PRO — $9.99/month • AI-generated workouts (unlimited) • AI meal plans built around your preferences, restrictions, and goals • AI food photo analysis (snap a plate, get the macros) TRAINER — $75/month • Everything in Pro • Client management dashboard • Program builder • 5% cut on marketplace sales you refer A NOTE ON FOOD The US food supply has problems. Ingredient lists keep getting longer. ARC doesn't pick a side on that — it just shows you what's in the box and what peer-reviewed research and international regulators have said about it. We cite the EU ban list, Canada's CFIA, and published FDA data. We don't cite pundits. Whether you change anything is up to you.
