About Workout Tracker AI - AIFitLog

AIFitLog is a workout and body composition tracker built for lifters serious about muscle gain and fat loss. Log sets, reps, RIR, weight, and body fat to track volume, strength, FFMI, and lean mass trends over time. AI turns your data into daily analysis, weekly scoring, and a day-by-day plan for next week. Plus TDEE and macro targets, 1RM calculator, warmup suggestions, plate calculator, and rest timer — everything you need at the gym, in one app. Body Composition Tracking Log weight and body fat to automatically calculate lean mass, BMI, and FFMI. You can also connect AIFitLog with Apple Health to automatically import body weight and body fat percentage into your body composition logs. AIFitLog only reads body weight and body fat percentage from Apple Health and does not write data to Apple Health. You can disable the integration at any time in the app settings. See how your body is actually changing — not just the number on the scale. Set TDEE and macro targets to support your bulk, cut, or recomp. Workout Logging Track every set: muscle group, exercise, weight, reps, and RIR. Add notes per set to capture what you felt in the moment. Monitor total volume and max weight trends to see which muscle groups and exercises are actually progressing. AI Analysis (Premium) Your workout logs, body composition, and condition data — analyzed together. ・Daily Training Analysis Your current training status based on the last 30 days. See muscle-group progress and what to focus on next. ・Weekly Report Your week scored across training, body composition, and condition.
