SurveyPal

SurveyPal is a mobile app for window and door installers, designed to replace paper surveys, scattered notes, and inconsistent processes with a structured, digital system. It is only accessed by users of SurveyPal / DocChecker (https://survaypal.ai) Every installation starts with a survey. If that survey is wrong, incomplete, or unclear, the consequences show up later as delays, reorders, and unhappy customers. SurveyPal fixes that at the source. Survey the right way, every time. Capture everything in one place Surveyors record dimensions, frame types, colours, opening directions, and site notes directly into the app. Photos and sketches are attached to the job, not left on personal devices or lost in messages. No more retyping or guesswork What is captured on site is exactly what the office sees. There is no need to rewrite surveys, no risk of transcription errors, and no ambiguity about what was agreed. Consistent surveys across your team SurveyPal enforces your survey format, so every survey follows the same structure. Whether it is your most experienced surveyor or a new starter, the output is complete and consistent. Catch issues before leaving site Built-in logic flags missing or inconsistent information immediately, so problems are caught before the survey is completed. A complete record of every job Measurements, photos, and notes are all stored together, creating a clear audit trail from survey to installation. Works on mobile, even offline SurveyPal is designed for real-world use. Surveys can be completed on site with or without signal, and everything syncs automatically when back online.
