About InkSchedule
InkSchedule is tattoo business management software that connects bookings, artist availability, client records, deposits, payments, and reporting. Manage every appointment in one place—whether you add it yourself, create it for your shop, import existing work, or receive it through a branded booking page. BUILT FOR THE TATTOO WORKFLOW • Keep manual appointments and online bookings on one connected schedule • Set artist availability, service durations, and blocked time • Keep client contact details, appointment history, and messages together • Track deposits, balances, receipts, and payment activity • Support independent artists, residents, guests, and tattoo shops • Review financial activity and business reporting • Share branded artist and shop booking pages InkSchedule was built by a tattoo shop owner to reduce the disconnected admin work that gets between artists and their clients. See current plans and transaction-related fees before booking or payment at https://inkschedule.com/fees. What’s new
Version 1.0.27 · Updated October 19, 2026
Financials now shows paid shop invoices, automatic shop-payment offsets, and carried balances in the correct period. Artist and shop adjustments are easier to review with collapsed totals that expand into full payment history. Artist earnings details are available from the Artists Made card, while InkSchedule fees stay separate from shop balances.
