About RecipeScale: Recipe Converter

Paste the ingredients, set the servings, and RecipeScale rewrites every amount in measures you can use, in US, metric or UK units. PASTE A RECIPE Copy the ingredients from a website or a note and paste them. RecipeScale reads cups, spoons, grams, ounces, counts like 2 eggs, fractions like 1/2, 1½ or 1-1/2, ranges like 2–3 and decimal commas like 0,5 l. It skips bullets and checkboxes, and a "Serves 4" line sets the servings for you. Lines without an amount, like salt to taste, stay as written and aren't scaled. If a line comes out wrong, tap it to fix it. SCALE TO THE SERVINGS YOU NEED Double it, halve it or set any number of servings. Results land on ⅛, ¼, ⅓, ½ or ¾ instead of 7/20 of a cup, and three teaspoons become a tablespoon. Prefer decimals? Switch in Settings. CUPS TO ML IN ONE TAP Switch any recipe between US units, metric and UK. Cups and ounces become milliliters and grams, teaspoons and tablespoons stay spoons, and cups become milliliters, not guessed weights. The UK setting reads a pint as 568 ml and gives weights in grams. KNOWS WHAT NOT TO DOUBLE Double or halve a recipe and baking powder, yeast, strong spices, extracts and salty sauces get a short note with an amount to try. The straight math stays on screen, so you decide. COOK MODE Tap Begin and the list turns into a checklist. Tick off each ingredient, and each step if you added the method. The screen stays awake while you cook. YOUR COOKBOOK Save recipes, star favorites, add private notes and search by name, tag or ingredient. Saving an open recipe updates it instead of making a copy. Share or copy a scaled recipe as text. The free version keeps 10 recipes. Pro keeps as many as you like and exports your recipe list as a CSV file. ICLOUD SYNC Your saved recipes and settings reach your other Apple devices through your own iCloud. You can turn sync off in Settings. PRIVACY No account and no RecipeScale server. No analytics, no ads, no tracking. RecipeScale reads your clipboard only when you tap Paste. COOKING WITH SCALED RECIPES RecipeScale does the arithmetic. It doesn't know your pan or your oven, and a scaled batch, especially in baking, may need another pan size, temperature or time. FREE AND PRO Free: pasting, scaling, unit conversion, the scaling tips, cook mode, iCloud sync and up to 10 saved recipes. RecipeScale Pro removes the 10-recipe limit and adds CSV export. Pro is available as a monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. The price is shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends. If a plan comes with a free trial, the purchase screen shows it and the price that follows. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your iPhone's Settings under your name, then Subscriptions.
