CHECK IN ONCE A DAY Rate five things: Energy, Clarity, Mood, Body and Sleep. Add a few words about how you felt, and mark your period days. It takes about a minute, morning or night. SEE YOUR PATTERNS Your Dashboard shows your week at a glance. Tap any score to see it over a month, three months or a year, with your cycle shown behind it. If your periods have become irregular, just mark the days you have one. TODAY Three small things to do, drawn from your Sequence. You add the next step when the first one runs without thinking about it. ASK ELURA Ask a question about your own scores, notes and cycle, and get a plain answer from Elura. Once a week, Elura reads what moved. Both are turned off until you say yes. FOR YOUR DOCTOR Your scores, averages, period days and, if you choose, your notes, on one page you can print, save as a PDF or send before an appointment. SUBSCRIPTION The EVA is free.
