About FitTrack: Gym, HIIT & Cardio
Lift. Run your intervals. Go out for a run or a ride. One log for all of it. FitTrack is a workout tracker and gym log that works fully offline. Open it, start a session, and it gets out of your way. No spinners. No signal required. IT REMEMBERS SO YOU DON'T • Your last session sits right above the set you're about to log, your best beside it. • Weight and reps pre-filled from your real progression: ramping, pyramid or flat. • Give an exercise a rep range and every set is marked under, in or over it. PROGRAMS AND PERCENTAGES • Plan each set: its reps, a percentage of your training max, and + sets for as many reps as you can. • A training max per exercise, and the weight at each percentage worked out for you. • Programs, with Premium: templates over several weeks, each week's sets planned, the next day one tap away. Built for programs such as 5/3/1. • Progression rules, with Premium: choose when a lift goes heavier or lighter, and set 1 is filled for you, with the reason. STRENGTH TRAINING • 144 built-in exercises: barbell, machine, bodyweight and HIIT. • Rest timers start the moment you save a set, with a 3-2-1 countdown, and reach you outside the app. • Your next set and the rest counting down on the Lock Screen, in the Dynamic Island and on Apple Watch. • Progressive rest shortens your break with every set. • Auto-done finishes an exercise at your target and moves you on. • Real supersets: rest fires after the last exercise, then back to the top. • Add, swap, remove or reorder exercises mid-session without losing a set. HIIT AND TABATA • Full-screen interval timer, readable from across the gym. • Custom work and rest durations for every exercise. Free for everyone. • Audio and haptic cues that play over your music instead of pausing it. • Paste a list of moves, or a YouTube link, and the moves are read for you. • Edit a finished session, or import one from your health app. CARDIO, INDOORS AND OUT • Runs, walks, rides, rowing, elliptical and stair climber. • Outdoor sessions map your route and measure distance, pace and splits by GPS. • Indoor sessions take the numbers off the machine. • Set a distance or a time. The phone tells you when you get there, screen off or not. • Spoken distance, pace and splits, over your music. • If you wore a watch, its calories and heart rate land on the session by themselves. • Bring in a run from any watch as a GPX file, or from your health app with its route. TEMPLATES AND SHARING • Workout, HIIT and cardio templates, up to 5 a tap away on the Workouts tab. • Share any template with a link. Missing exercises are created automatically. GOALS FOR THE WEEK • Strength and HIIT sessions per week, and cardio by sessions, minutes or distance. No streak counter: a streak punishes rest days. PROGRESS THAT MEANS SOMETHING • Every chart counts volume, reps, sets or calories, so bodyweight work counts. • Weekly sets per muscle against the research range, helping muscles at half a set. • Whether the volume you keep adding is actually buying you any strength. • What to lift next on every exercise, with the reasoning attached. • Needs Attention names the lifts that have stalled or gone backwards. • Aerobic efficiency, effort zones and your best time at every distance. • Tap a number in Progress to see how it is worked out. BUILT FOR REAL TRAINING • Works fully offline. Sets save to your phone first and sync later. • No ads. No third-party tracking. FREE AND PREMIUM Start free with full logging for lifting, HIIT and cardio, set plans and training maxes, your complete history, personal records, weekly goals and template sharing. Every built-in exercise is free, plus 20 of your own and 5 templates. Premium removes the caps and adds programs, progression rules and the analysis: what to lift next, weekly sets per muscle, whether the work is paying off, the per-exercise profile, cardio insights and a year of records. What’s new
Version 2.2.0 · Updated October 20, 2026
Plan every set as a percentage of your training max, run programs week by week, and see your rest on the Lock Screen. NEW • Plan a template's sets: the reps for each set, a percentage of your training max, and + for a set done for as many reps as you can. The workout fills each set from the plan, the weight worked out for you. • A training max for each exercise, for percentage programs such as 5/3/1. Set it yourself, or take 90% of your best estimated 1RM in one tap. In a workout, a % button beside Weight fills the weight at the percentage you pick. • Programs (Premium): put a few templates over a number of weeks, each day's sets changing week by week. The Workouts tab shows where you are, such as Week 2 of 4, and starts that day. On a + set, the card shows what the same week reached last wave, the number to beat. At the end of a wave, raise each training max by its step. • Progression rules (Premium): choose when an exercise goes heavier, and when it goes lighter. Set 1 of each workout is filled from your rule, and a tap on the change says why, such as +5 lb: every set reached 12 last time. • Your workout on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island: the exercise, the set with its reps and weight, and your rest counting down. On an Apple Watch with watchOS 11, in the Smart Stack. HIIT and cardio sessions show there too. • Shortcuts: up to 5 templates on the Workouts tab, each one tap from starting, and the first 4 on the app icon. Press and hold it. IMPROVEMENTS • The free plan keeps 5 templates instead of 3, enough for a 4 or 5-day split. • A new Workouts tab: Strength, HIIT and Cardio, each with its own screen. The programs you are running show their next day right there. • A calmer workout screen, with only what matters to the exercise in front of you. The header says which one, such as Exercise 2 of 6. • Outdoors, FitTrack finds the GPS while you set up a session, so it starts from where you are. • Tap any number or bar on Progress's Overview to see how it is made, and Intensity on a workout summary to see how it is worked out. • Drag your templates into the order you want (Premium). • Leaving an editor with a change asks first, whether you tap back or swipe. • Search Help's guide and questions at once. • What you save reaches your other phone at its next sync. FIXED • A rest keeps counting when you leave the workout for another tab, and its end still beeps or vibrates. • An outdoor session no longer counts a few metres in its first seconds, and Moving time counts every second. • An indoor session reopened after FitTrack was closed counts the time it was closed. • The rest notification comes once per rest. • Signing out ends your workout's display on the Lock Screen. • Many smaller fixes to the workout screen, Progress, syncing and the French text.
