Mehanko

Stop losing track of repairs in notebooks and messages. Mehanko is the app for running a car repair shop - for independent mechanics and teams of up to 10 people. Work orders, clients, vehicles, documents and scheduling, always on your phone. KEY FEATURES • A team in one shop - Invite mechanics and your bookkeeper with a code. The owner handles the subscription, mechanics do the work, the bookkeeper sees the documents. Assign a repair to a colleague and they get a notification. • Voice commands - Tap the mic and say what you would type: "New repair for Novak, Octavia, oil change, due tomorrow" or "What is overdue today?". The app shows what it understood and saves only when you confirm. • Works offline - Repairs, clients and vehicles are there without a signal. Changes are sent when the connection is back. • Work orders - Create a repair, pick a vehicle, add a description, due date and photos. Track progress through statuses: active, waiting, done. • Documents - Estimate, work order with the customer's signature and work report as PDF. The invoice is e-SLOG XML that imports into your bookkeeper's software; send a month of documents in one tap. • Dictation and scanning - Dictate the job description; photograph the licence plate or VIN and the vehicle opens with its full history. • Suggested line items - The job description becomes draft line items, priced from your own past jobs on the same model and make. • Notifications - A repair assigned to you, handover in 2 hours, a repair on hold too long, finished repairs without an invoice and a morning summary. • Clients & vehicles - Contacts, vehicles with make, model, year, licence plate and VIN. Call or message (SMS, WhatsApp) straight from the app. • Calendar, search and history - Plan repairs by date, find anything in a second, every repair keeps its full history. • Several shops on one account, two devices at a time, light and dark theme, Slovenian and English. PLANS Solo (1 person), Ekipa (up to 5 people) and Servis (up to 10 people), each with a free bookkeeper seat. All features in every plan. Start with a free 14-day trial, no credit card required. Pay yearly and get 3 months free. Mehanko is not a certified cash register and does not perform fiscal verification of invoices. SUPPORT Need help? Write to us from the app or at [email protected].
