LaxForge: Lacrosse Trainer

Sharper shots, better saves, real feedback — and your video never leaves your phone. LaxForge is an AI lacrosse trainer that analyzes your form on every shot, every save, every cradle. Point your phone at the field, hit record, and get instant feedback the moment you finish your follow-through. Designed by lacrosse players for lacrosse players. Works for boys, girls, field, and goalie. Youth through college. — OUR AI ENGINE — LaxForge is powered by a custom AI engine built specifically for lacrosse. It tracks your body and stick through every rep, automatically detects each phase of your motion (setup → crank-back → release → follow-through), and recognizes 17 shot types across men's and women's lacrosse — all directly on your phone. — WHAT YOU GET — • AI shot analysis: release angle, wrist snap, elbow drop, hip rotation, follow-through, and stance width — computed on your device the moment you finish the rep. • Automatic phase detection, so you can study any single moment of your motion. • Live overlays: colored bones and angle labels appear over the player as you record, so you see exactly what the AI is measuring. • 17 shot types recognized, from Overhand and Sidearm to Behind the Back, Quick Stick, Draw Shot, and Free Position. • AI Coach: personalized tips, drill recommendations, strengths, and a one-line quick cue for the field — your weakest mechanic always comes first. • Practice modes: Stance Trainer, Wall-Ball rep counter, Solo Goal, Cradle drill, Form Guide. • Goalie mode: save analysis with ready stance, reaction time, and save side. • Progress that sticks: 3×3 goal-zone accuracy heatmap, session history with score trends, practice streaks, and unlockable achievements. — PRIVACY FIRST. PARENTS WELCOME. — Your video is analyzed on your phone and stays on your phone — nothing is uploaded to our servers, ever. When the AI Coach generates advanced tips, it sends only anonymous form markers to the AI — never your video, never photos, never your name. LaxForge is built for youth sports from the ground up: age gate at signup, parental consent flow for players under 13, no public social features, and we never sell your data. — OPEN BETA — LaxForge is in open beta and everything is free while we tune the AI with real players. Found a bug or have an idea? Email [email protected] — we read every message and ship fixes weekly. — WHY LAXFORGE — We built this because every "lacrosse training" app on the store is either a workout timer with a cradle in the icon or a $400/year pro service designed for D1 programs. Youth and HS players deserve real form feedback they can act on, without a coach standing over their shoulder. — SUPPORT — Email: [email protected] Website: https://laxforge.app iPhone 12 and newer recommended for smooth real-time pose tracking. Older devices fall back to post-session analysis.
