OFFLINE — BECAUSE IT MATTERS On the water, the network often drops after the first lock. Dalbi loads station data, the waterway graph and the base map on first launch — after that the app works fully offline. On the Mecklenburg Lakes, the Upper Rhine or off Heligoland.
