Wordmint: Scan, Read, Learn

Learn the language you're reading in. Wordmint pulls every word out of a PDF or live camera feed, tells you which ones you've seen before, and shows their definitions straight from Wiktionary, in your preferred language. No accounts. No tracking. Everything on your device. Point the camera at a page. Share a PDF from Files or Safari. Drop in a 500-page book. Wordmint ranks what you haven't seen yet, so you can chip away at a new vocabulary without drowning in filler. FEATURES • Import PDFs up to hundreds of pages, one range at a time • Live camera OCR with stability and spell-check filters that only surface real words • Per-language Wiktionary routing: Spanish text gets Spanish definitions, French gets French, and so on • Seen / Not Seen filter so you don't re-read words you already know • Single-word lookup without a PDF: just type the word and go • iPad split view: library, words, and definitions side by side • Share extension: send a PDF from any app straight into your library PRIVACY Your PDFs, your extracted words, and your saved definitions never leave your device. The only network traffic is an anonymous request to a public Wiktionary server when you tap a word. No account, no analytics, no third parties. Made for language learners, students reading academic material in a second language, and anyone who has ever finished a page and realised they didn't know half the words on it.
