CrewLog MX

CrewLog is the all-in-one logbook, duty tracker and pay calculator built by pilots, for pilots. Every flight, every standby, every payday — finally in one app that respects how line operations actually work. CrewLog replaces the spreadsheet on your iPad, the notes app on your phone, and the calculator at your kitchen table. DUTY TIMES — YOUR DAY, AT A GLANCE • Log Flights, Simulator sessions, Ground School and Standby with one tap. • Each card shows scheduled and actual times, block time, and a live duty window for the entire day. • Auto-saves as you type — no "Save" button to forget. • Manual override toggles on every activity for when the company time differs from your contract time. • Delay badges flag any push beyond the scheduled minute, so you can defend your duty record later. ROSTER IMPORT • Drop a PDF of your monthly schedule into CrewLog and watch your activities appear automatically. No manual entries! • Review and edit before saving — nothing is committed until you confirm. STANDBY & RESERVE CALL-UPS • Add a standby activity, then attach the flight or sim you actually got called for — CrewLog links them automatically. • Choose Airport or Home reserve and the duty start adjusts to match your standby type: airport or home. • Called activities show as nested cards with a clear CALLED badge. LOGBOOK — AVIATION-STYLE, AUTO-GENERATED • Pulls in every completed flight and simulator session — Deadheads, Ground School and Standby stay out of your hours. • Tap any row to expand individual legs with flight numbers, UTC times and durations. REPORTS & PAY • Tracks ten extra-pay categories used in real airline contracts: TESD, IRRE SERV, TEVD, IRRE VUELO, TEVM EXC, JORN NOC, RED DES, RED REC, FO and 7º. • Manual overrides for RED DES, RED REC and FO. • Footer totalizers sum every column — both time and pesos — so you know what to expect on payday. • Automatically credits the longest between scheduled and actual times. LIMITS — STAY LEGAL, STAY RESTED • Live progress bars for daily, monthly and yearly duty and block limits. • Daily limit auto-switches between 12 h and 14 h based on scheduled duty length. • Yellow warnings, red alerts, and a clean weekly view so you can spot a long week before it spots you. HOME SCREEN WIDGETS • Duty Limits widget — see your week at a glance. • Next Duty widget — never wonder what's tomorrow again. • More widgets to come!
