About CoolMeow: Split Expenses

Split expenses with your partner, roommates or friends. Keep photos and notes in one shared ledger. Split costs, see who owes whom Record who paid and who shared each expense. When it's time to settle up, see each person's balance and who needs to pay whom. A ledger for each part of your life Keep a trip in one ledger and household costs in another. Invite the people involved to record expenses and income together. Shared ledgers support member permissions, approval workflows and syncing across devices. Friends can join your shared ledger and record expenses with an App Clip, without downloading the full app. Browse your shared records Expenses, photos and written notes sit together like a conversation. Add a short note after recording a purchase, or search the ledger to find a dinner or receipt you want to revisit. Scan a receipt, then check it Receipt recognition prepares expense drafts for you to review. Check the amount, merchant and other details, make any changes, then save. Nothing goes into the ledger until you confirm it. See where the money went View spending by category, member and date. Record expenses in multiple currencies when your trip takes you abroad. Works with AI assistants Connect Grok, Gemini or other AI assistants through MCP to query your cloud ledgers and add expenses, within the permissions you grant. You confirm changes before they're saved. Membership Free includes local bookkeeping and joining shared ledgers by invitation. The ledger owner needs an active Basic subscription to enable sharing; invited members do not need their own subscription to contribute or view records within their permissions. Multi-device sync and receipt recognition require Basic, and receipt recognition has usage limits. See the app and the App Store purchase screen for limits, prices and subscription terms. Expense splitting is for calculation and recordkeeping; CoolMeow does not process payments. Please check statistics, exchange rates and receipt recognition results before relying on them.
