AI Calorie Counter: Kalo

Kalo is an easy, to the point, high quality calorie tracker. Snap a photo of your plate and in seconds Kalo tells you the calories, macros, and a one line nutrition note. No barcodes. No database digging. Too lazy to snap? Type it or just say it out loud. All three roads lead to the same place, and you can always adjust the portion, ingredients, or macros yourself before it's logged. To estimate calories, Kalo sends your meal photo, voice clip, or typed description to Google's AI service for analysis. Kalo asks for your permission before any of this happens. BUILT AROUND YOUR DAY • Set a daily calorie target and keep your macros in view. • Not quite right? Change the portion, the ingredients, or the macros. Your meal, your call. • Log a glass of water with one tap and see food and water in one daily picture. • Build a streak, one day at a time. • Your diary stays yours. No public feed, no strangers. THREE WAYS TO USE KALO Kalo works fully on your own, and it works just as well with the people you choose. Pick whichever fits, and switch any time from Settings. • Solo: your own goals, your own pace, the complete app, no one else involved. • Partner: star one person as your partner, see each other's day side by side, react, nudge, and build streaks together. • Friends: add up to five friends in total, see their latest meals, react, and nudge. No public feed, no strangers, no recommendations. Only the people you personally invite can see your day.
