Architect Arc Cafe

Arc Café is a purpose-built ordering platform for pop-up cafés, corporate events, and functions — putting a professional café experience in the hands of your baristas and guests. SEAMLESS ORDER FLOW Guests browse a live menu and place their coffee and food order in seconds. Each order is instantly delivered to the barista station, where a QR code label is printed directly to a Bluetooth label printer. When the order is ready, scanning the QR code marks it complete - no manual status updates, no shouting names across a busy room. FOR GUESTS • Browse a full café menu including espresso, milk-based, iced, specialty, and tea drinks • Add food pairings from morning tea, lunch, and snacks menus curated by your event team • Track your order status in real time • View your full order history and café intake summary • Personalise your profile with dietary requirements so every recommendation is relevant to you FOR BARISTAS • Receive and manage a live order queue • Print QR code labels to a Bluetooth printer with one tap • Scan completed order QR codes to automatically close orders • Manage menu availability and store hours on the fly • Broadcast push notifications to guests instantly AI-POWERED PERSONALISATION Arc Café uses on-device AI to suggest the perfect food pairing with every coffee order — privately, without sending your data to the cloud. On supported devices, Apple Intelligence analyses your order history to recommend food pairings and provide a personalised café intake summary, including estimated kilojoule information, to help you make informed choices. BUILT FOR EVENTS Arc Café is designed specifically for the fast-paced environment of catered functions. Venue-aware location detection means guests are automatically connected to the right café, and real-time menu and availability updates ensure the experience stays accurate from the first order to the last. PRIVACY FIRST All AI personalisation runs entirely on your device using Apple’s Neural Engine. Your order history and preferences never leave your phone. Arc Café does not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Arc Café is available for event operators, corporate catering teams, and baristas looking to deliver a premium, technology-enhanced café experience at any venue.
