About Phyros

Phyros is a focused Apple Watch companion for sauna and cold plunge routines. Start a free session, choose sauna, plunge, or both, and keep the important details visible on your wrist. Track each mode with clear elapsed timers, switch between sauna and plunge with a tap or double tap, and see live heart rate during your session when Health permissions are enabled. Phyros can nudge you to hydrate during sauna time and gives you a simple summary when you finish. Features: Sauna and plunge session tracking Optional sauna-only, plunge-only, or combined sessions Large, glanceable mode timer and total session time Live heart rate from Apple Health during workouts Hydration reminder during sauna exposure Haptic cues for transitions and reminders Session summary with total time, sauna/plunge split, average heart rate, peak heart rate, and heart-rate trend Phyros uses HealthKit only with your permission. It reads heart rate during active sessions and saves workouts so your session can be recorded in Apple Health. Phyros is not medical advice. Use sauna and cold exposure safely and follow guidance from your health professional if you have any concerns.
