DualShot: Camera Recorder

One tap. Two videos. Every format covered. Record vertical (9:16) and horizontal (16:9) in a single take. No reshoots. No compromises. Built for creators who post to TikTok, Reels, YouTube, and anywhere else vertical or horizontal matters. WHY DUALSHOT Every creator knows the pain: shoot for TikTok, then re-record for YouTube. DualShot ends it. One take = two perfectly framed files, saved directly to your Photo Library. KEY FEATURES • DUAL RECORDING - One recording, two files. Portrait (9:16) and landscape (16:9), separate and perfectly in sync. • LIVE DUAL PREVIEW - See both framings at once. A draggable picture-in-picture shows your landscape view alongside the main portrait preview, so you know what the wide crop keeps before you shoot. • DUAL PHOTO MODE - Not just video. One shutter tap = both a 9:16 photo and a 16:9 photo saved, with date, location and lens data intact. • FRAMING GUIDE - Dim everything outside the 16:9 band so nothing important falls outside your horizontal file. • PRO CONTROLS - Long-press to lock AE/AF. Tap-to-focus. Pinch-to-zoom with 0.5× / 1× / 2× / 3× presets. Front and rear cameras. Flash for photos, continuous light for video. 3s / 10s timer. • FLEXIBLE QUALITY - 4K or 1080p, at 24 / 30 / 60 fps. Export as MOV or MP4. Live storage estimate before you record. • LIQUID GLASS DESIGN - Built for iOS 26 with Apple's new design language. Fast, minimal, professional. • PRIVACY-FIRST - No account. No tracking. Everything saves locally to your Photos. • BACKGROUND MUSIC - Your Spotify / Apple Music keeps playing until you hit record. MADE FOR • TikTok and Instagram Reels creators • YouTube and Shorts publishers • Podcast guests and vloggers • Product reviewers • Anyone tired of filming the same scene twice HOW IT WORKS DualShot frames both formats from one capture on a single camera. It does not run two lenses at once — what it does is remove the second take. You compose once, watch the horizontal crop live in the picture-in-picture, and both files land in your library ready to post. REQUIREMENTS Works on any iPhone with a rear camera. Requires iOS 17 or later. Photo Library access is used to save your captures; microphone access is used for video sound. Shoot once. Publish everywhere. DUALSHOT PRO DualShot Pro unlocks the camera.
