CueID: Tracklists for DJ Mixes

CueID identifies the songs inside long recordings — DJ mixes, radio shows, podcasts and live sets — and turns them into a timestamped tracklist you can edit, export and keep. Recognition is powered by Shazam. Drop in a recording, paste a link or pick a podcast episode, and CueID listens through it section by section, building a tracklist with artwork, confidence ratings and Apple Music links as it goes. YOUR RECORDINGS ARE NEVER UPLOADED CueID analyses audio on your device and creates a short acoustic fingerprint of each section. Only that fingerprint is sent for matching — never your audio. THREE WAYS IN • Your files: choose recordings or a whole folder in Files, or drag them in on iPad • Links: paste a Dropbox or Google Drive share link, or a direct link to an audio file • Podcasts: search Apple Podcasts for a mix series, or follow one by its feed, Apple Podcasts link or website, then scan new episodes with a tap WHAT YOU GET • A timestamped tracklist, with artwork and links into Apple Music • Accurate start times: CueID can narrow each timestamp down to the transition, so your tracklist marks where a track actually drops • BPM and musical key for each track, handy for planning your own sets • Play any section without leaving the app, to check a match by ear • Edit anything — correct a match, name a section Shazam couldn't place, or add a track by hand • Split a recording into separate audio files, one per track • Export as plain text, YouTube chapters, CUE sheet, Markdown, CSV, M3U, Rekordbox XML or Traktor NML • Build an Apple Music playlist from everything that was found • A saved history of every scan, searchable by set or by track • Queue up as many recordings as you like and leave it running, with a notification when each one is done • Watch a folder and scan new recordings automatically while CueID is open, saving each finished tracklist to a folder of your choice ALSO ON MAC CueID is also on Mac, and one purchase unlocks it on all your devices. FORMATS MP3, M4A, WAV, FLAC and AIFF. WHAT IT CAN'T DO Shazam only recognises music that's in its catalogue. Unreleased edits, white labels and bootlegs usually won't match, and heavily mixed passages can be missed. CueID marks those sections rather than guessing at them — and you can retry them, listen to them, or name them yourself. CueID works with audio files, cloud share links and podcast feeds. It doesn't download from streaming services such as YouTube, SoundCloud or Mixcloud. FREE TO TRY CueID is free to download, and your first scan is free whatever its length. A single one-time purchase unlocks unlimited scans and lets you queue several recordings at once — on your Mac, iPhone and iPad. No subscription. Everything else — podcasts, links, exporting, Apple Music playlists, editing, scan history, start-time refinement and previewing — is free and stays free.
