About GutMap: IBS & Food Tracker

Most people with a sensitive gut already know food is involved. Working out which food is the hard part. GutMap turns everyday logging into a weekly answer. HOW IT WORKS 1. Log your meals. Search 895 ingredients or type your own. Save the meals you eat often and reuse them in a tap. 2. Log your symptoms. Eight types - bloating, gas, pain, heartburn, nausea, diarrhea, constipation, fatigue - each with a 1 to 5 severity. 3. Read your weekly report. GutMap looks at what you ate before each symptom and finds the ingredients that keep showing up. WHAT YOUR WEEKLY REPORT SHOWS - The strongest pattern of the week, named in plain English - A timeline of every meal and symptom, so you can see the gaps yourself - Straight counts, never vague claims: "symptoms followed 4 of 5 meals with dairy" - Patterns still forming, so you know what to keep watching - A monthly summary once you have a few weeks logged IT IS NOT ONLY FOOD Symptoms rarely have a single cause. The daily check-in tracks stress, sleep, exercise, hydration, how fast you ate, and cycle phase if you want it - so a rough week has context instead of a false accusation. BUILT TO BE HONEST GutMap highlights patterns from your logs. It does not diagnose food intolerance, IBS triggers, or other medical conditions. Symptoms can be influenced by many factors including stress, sleep, cycle timing, meal size, and unrelated illness. Treat what you find as something to discuss with your doctor, not as a reason to cut out a food group on your own. If you experience unexplained weight loss, blood in stool, difficulty swallowing, or symptoms that worsen despite dietary changes, seek medical attention promptly. WORKS OFFLINE Everything you log saves to your device first, so the app is instant and works without a signal. Your data syncs in the background when you are back online. SUBSCRIPTION GutMap requires a subscription. $9.99 per month with a 3-day free trial, or $59.99 per year with a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in your App Store account settings.
