FireTrex Responder

Critical resident information, the moment you arrive. FireTrex Responder is a companion app to DwellSecure, built exclusively for professional first responders. Scan a resident's QR code at the door and immediately see the medical conditions, prescriptions, emergency contacts, and special needs that residents have explicitly chosen to share with responding agencies — for everyone in the household, including pets. Built for firefighters, EMTs, paramedics, and mobile integrated healthcare crews who need accurate scene and patient information without delay. How it works with DwellSecure: ------------------------ FireTrex Responder does not store resident data and cannot access any information beyond what residents have specifically authorized for emergency response. Residents create and maintain their own profiles in DwellSecure's Community Connect and choose exactly which departments and MIH organizations can view their information. The app displays only that shared subset — nothing more. What you get on scan: - Active medical conditions and allergies - Current medications and dosages - Emergency contacts and relationships - Special needs for household members and pets - Mobility, sensory, and communication considerations Built for the field: ------------------------ Works fast on a phone or tablet - Clear, scannable layout designed for scene use - Authorized agency access only — residents control which agencies can view their information - No local data storage — information is retrieved live from the resident's authorized DwellSecure profile at scan time Who it's for: ------------------------ Fire departments, EMS agencies, mobile integrated healthcare programs, and community paramedicine teams — career and volunteer. This app is intended for professional first responder use only. Residents post a QR code in a visible spot at home. You scan. You know what you're walking into.
