Homemade Stories

Homemade Stories turns your voice into a storybook your child can play on their own. Record a story, a song, a joke or a bedtime message, add your own pictures, and it becomes a tile on the home screen. Your child just taps the picture: no menus, no reading required, nothing to get lost in. READY FROM THE FIRST NIGHT • Six illustrated storybooks, read aloud: The Three Little Pigs, The Lion and the Mouse, The Hare and the Tortoise, The Grasshopper and the Ant, The Tree and the Reeds and The Big Jump. • Every storybook is narrated in eleven languages, with each character's lines coloured so young readers can follow who is speaking. • Seven lullabies to drift off to, from Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star to Brahms' Lullaby. • Build a bedtime playlist of stories and lullabies that play one after another. • Add folders of the storybooks in other languages: French stories for a little bilingual, or Spanish ones for Grandma's visit. MAKE YOUR OWN • Record narration in one take, or page by page so the pictures turn themselves as you read. • Add up to 20 pictures per story, from your photo library or the built-in artwork. • Have the app read your typed text aloud in a voice you choose, including your own Personal Voice. • Trim the start and end of a recording so it begins exactly where you want. • Record jokes, fun memories, birthday wishes and more, and group them into folders: bedtime, grandparents, favourites. SHARE WITH THE FAMILY • Send a story to family through AirDrop, Messages or Mail; it opens straight into their Homemade Stories. • Back up your whole library to a single file and bring it back on any device, with a gentle weekly reminder you can switch off. MADE FOR LITTLE HANDS • Big picture tiles, one tap to play, a swipe to turn the page. • Everything grown-up sits behind a quick sum that children can't solve yet. • Works with Guided Access to keep your child inside the app. • Works fully offline: in the car, on a plane, anywhere. • The whole app speaks English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Arabic and Hindi, switchable on the spot. • No ads. Ever. • Pay once, own it. • No account. • Your data stays yours: your photos and recordings never leave your device. • No internet needed.
