About ChronoPill: Pill Reminder

A private pill reminder for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. Your medication list and dose history stay on your device. No account, no ads. Scan a box and read its official FDA label word for word, even offline. Free for up to 3 medications. Premium adds unlimited medications, family profiles, travel and fasting tools, with a 1-week free trial on the yearly plan. YOUR DAY AT A GLANCE A 24-hour dial shows your doses and how many are recorded, never a percentage. Take, skip or snooze from a notification, the Lock Screen or your wrist. REMINDERS THAT KEEP RINGING Reminder health finds the phone settings that can stop your reminders, with a fix for each, and sends a test reminder. SCAN AND GO Scan the barcode: name and strength fill in from the official database. You set the times: ChronoPill never suggests a dose. 500,000+ official medicine records from 7 countries, in packs you download once and search offline. OFFICIAL INFORMATION, WORD FOR WORD For medicines sold in the United States: the main sections of the official FDA label (DailyMed), as published, with a link to the source. Elsewhere: France and Spain (most medicines), Italy (about 7 in 10), Japan (about half), Germany (indications only), Morocco (identity data only). Every official section is free, nothing is rewritten. An optional, labeled Key points (AI) summary is fetched online only when you tap. STOCK, FAMILY, APPOINTMENTS Units left, days of supply and a low-stock alert at the level you choose. A profile per person, each with its own history. Prepare a visit with your notes and questions. TRAVEL AND FASTING (PREMIUM) Travel Mode moves reminders to the new time zone your way and lists products with the same active substance abroad, for information: your pharmacist decides. Fasting Mode shows today's fasting window, and you set your own reminder times. Ask your doctor before changing when you take a medication. APPLE WATCH AND IPAD The Apple Watch app is free. On iPad, ChronoPill uses the larger screen. No cloud sync: each device keeps its own list, which you can move with an encrypted backup file. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Face ID or passcode lock. Discreet mode hides names on the Lock Screen and Apple Watch; calm mode hides progress numbers. Analytics only if you opt in. Optional Apple Health import, read only. Online features are optional and labeled. FOR FAMILIES WHO SHARE (PRO) Share an encrypted, read-only caregiver view by QR code for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or until you revoke it, and see the time of each view. Plus priority support. FREE TO USE Free: 3 medications, 1 family member, 30 days of history, reminders, Apple Watch app, every official section, barcode and prescription scan, Emergency Card, stock, encrypted backup file, Reminder health. Premium: unlimited medications, up to 4 family members, full history, Travel and Fasting Modes, dose history PDF, My Pharmacy, Live Activity, complications, check-ins, box photo recognition (online). Yearly with a 1-week free trial, monthly, or a one-time Lifetime purchase. Pro: Premium plus the caregiver dashboard and priority support. Subscriptions are charged to your Apple Account and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage them in your Apple Account settings. Privacy: https://chronopill.com/privacy.html Terms: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ ChronoPill is a reminder tool, not a medical device. It does not give advice: ask your doctor or pharmacist. ChronoPill displays information from official regulator databases (FDA, ANSM, BfArM, AEMPS, AIFA, PMDA, AMMPS, EMA). Consumer reminder tool, not medical advice.

What’s new

Version 1.5.10 · Updated October 19, 2026

ChronoPill 1.5.10 In this version: - Travel Mode: corrected notes for Japan, France and Germany, checked against each country's official sources. - Easier to read: better contrast for several labels, badges, Travel Mode statuses and widgets, in light and dark modes. - Updated legal screen, with a clearer section on AI features: you will be asked to accept it again, once. - Removing a family member now says plainly that their medications and health profile are deleted. - Clearer texts about location, caregiver access and support response times. - Apple Watch: VoiceOver reads each dose in your language, and taking a dose from an earlier day's reminder no longer marks today's dose.
