Gideon ARC

Gideon ARC delivers operational clarity when it matters most. Gideon ARC is a situational-awareness and operational-management application designed to help organisations protect people, coordinate teams and respond confidently to incidents. The application brings personnel, locations, alerts, risks, communications and operational activity together within one platform. By replacing fragmented information and disconnected communication channels with a clear operational picture, authorised users can understand what is happening, identify who may be affected and take appropriate action. Designed for fast-moving and high-pressure environments, the iOS application gives users immediate access to relevant information. Personnel can receive alerts, view incidents, complete tasks, communicate with colleagues, check in, update their status and access operational information through an intuitive interface. A Single Operational View Gideon ARC provides a common operational picture across people, locations and incidents. Users can monitor activity, active alerts, personnel status and response teams. Centralising information reduces the risk of details being delayed, duplicated or lost, allowing teams to work from the same operational picture. Real-Time Alerts and Incident Visibility Users can receive time-sensitive notifications relating to incidents, threats or operational changes. Alerts direct personnel to relevant information and required actions. Incident records may include the event, location, risks, assigned tasks and response status, supporting faster decisions. Personnel Safety and Accountability The application helps organisations maintain awareness of personnel in remote or higher-risk environments. Users can check in, confirm their status and receive instructions or updates. Where permissions and policies allow, location information can help identify who may be affected and whether support is required. Tasking, Coordination and Communications Operational teams can view assigned tasks, track progress and maintain visibility of actions. Combining tasking, incident information and communications within one platform improves accountability and reduces the need to move between multiple systems. Communications can remain linked to the relevant incident or task, helping users understand each update. This supports coordinated responses across teams, locations and regions. Global Situational Awareness A map-based view can provide visibility of incidents, personnel and locations across countries and time zones. This supports international travel risk, remote workforces, distributed security teams and critical infrastructure. Reliable in Challenging Environments Where connectivity is limited or unreliable, selected information and functionality may remain available, with data synchronised when a suitable connection is restored. Simple, Secure and Role-Based The mobile interface is clear, accessible and focused on immediate operational needs. Alerts, incidents, tasks, check-ins and communications are presented through a simple dashboard, reducing unnecessary interaction. Role-based access helps ensure users only see the information and functions required for their responsibilities. Secure account management and controlled permissions help protect sensitive personnel and operational information. Gideon ARC is designed for corporate security, executive protection, crisis management, incident response, government, critical infrastructure, travel-risk and remote-workforce teams. The platform supports faster incident response, improved coordination, greater personnel visibility, clearer task ownership, reduced information fragmentation and stronger readiness oversight. Your People. Your Operations. Your Control. Gideon ARC gives organisations the clarity to see, the speed to act and the control to protect. One platform. Total operational clarity.
