Meet Manager

Meet Manager runs athletics and swimming meets from your phone, tablet or browser — from the first entry to the final results. Build the timetable, take entries, time every race, record every jump and throw, and share results and standings as each event finishes. No spreadsheets, no clipboards, no waiting around for results. PLAN THE MEET • Track, field, relays and swimming — with heats, semi-finals and finals, or timed finals • Build Timetable lays out the whole programme and spreads it over the days you choose, even two weekends, with a finish time for each day • Start from a template, or copy a meet you've run before • Print heat sheets for every event, in your language TAKE ENTRIES • Keep your own list of athletes and add them to any meet, or import them from a CSV file • Share a registration code so athletes or parents can enter themselves and pick their events — you approve each entry • Draw lanes from entry times, with the fastest swimmers in the last heat ON THE DAY • The starter fires the gun from the app, and each lane's time comes in as it finishes • Timekeepers join with their own code, claim a lane and time it on their phone — or type in times from a handheld watch • Record a finish order for distance races and mass starts • Field officials record every attempt, with World Athletics tie-breaks for jumps, throws, high jump and pole vault • Mark DNS, DNF or DQ — with the rule broken, from the swimming rule book or your federation's own codes • Qualifiers advance from heats to semi-finals and finals automatically, with swim-offs for ties • Keeps working when the signal drops: results are kept on the device and sync when you're back online RESULTS • Viewers follow results and standings on their own phones with a viewer code — parents, athletes and spectators • School and athlete standings, scored 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1 with ties shared • Export results as a PDF, a web page or a CSV file • Swim meets import entries and export results as Lenex, swimming's standard exchange format FOUR KINDS OF ACCESS Admin, timekeeper, viewer and registration codes: everyone sees just the screens they need. 7 LANGUAGES English, Dutch, German, Spanish, French, Hindi and Chinese — PDFs and heat sheets included.
