ARTAVIS

ARTAVIS is a European project dedicated to the prevention of violence in grassroots sport, with a special focus on children, adolescents, and the adults who support them — coaches, club prevention officers, and families. Through awareness, training, and practical tools, ARTAVIS addresses all forms of violence in sport, from the most visible to the most invisible, equipping the entire sports community with the knowledge needed to identify, manage, and prevent situations of violence. WHAT YOU WILL FIND IN ARTAVIS: - Clear and accessible educational content tailored to sport contexts - Interactive resources and engaging learning activities - A didactic guide specifically designed for the prevention of gender-based violence - Awareness-building mini-activities for young athletes - Practical information for coaches and club prevention officers to help build safer sporting environments WHO IS IT FOR: - Children and adolescents involved in grassroots sport - Coaches and team staff - Club prevention officers (Delegados/as de Protección) - Families and adults who accompany young athletes - Sports clubs and grassroots organisations A EUROPEAN PROJECT WITH REAL IMPACT: Pilot programs are already running in Spain and Italy, creating spaces where children and adolescents can actively learn, recognise situations of violence, and access educational resources. A specific program for coaches helps them build safer sporting environments. ARTAVIS is proudly developed together with PGR Asociación, Kunina, Olímpico de Pozuelo, Fútbol Más, and Capitolina. Together against violence in sport.
