FOR MEMBERS - View the weekly schedule for gi, no-gi, kids, women's, and specialty classes. - RSVP when you plan to train and check yourself in from your phone when you arrive at the gym. - Review your attendance history and training activity. - Watch the Move of the Week with video, photos, and coaching notes. - Follow gym announcements, class media, and coach profiles in one place. FOR FAMILIES - Link kid profiles to a parent or guardian account. - RSVP and check in linked kids from your phone. - Share access with co-guardians. - Review each child's attendance history. FOR STAFF AND OWNERS - Manage members, staff roles, coaches, and class schedules. - Add active members manually before they ever log in, including kid profiles that can be linked to families later. - Check members in from class details and keep operational notes private to staff. - Post announcements, class photos, videos, and training content for approved members. - Publish and update the Move of the Week. WHY IT'S DIFFERENT Fit Club BJJ was built around a single gym's day-to-day operations, not retrofitted from a generic CRM. Member check-in is location-aware, family access is designed for real parent and kid workflows, and staff can migrate the roster gradually while members adopt the app at their own pace. PRIVACY Location is requested only when you tap Check Me In and is never shared or tracked. Attendance, photos, family relationships, and announcements stay inside your gym.
