Crew Alert App

Crew Alert is the scheduling companion built for the people who actually fly the airplane — and the ones who keep the aviation industry moving. Aviation is unpredictable. Scheduling calls at 3am. Add pay windows you almost missed. FDP limits you're mentally calculating mid-briefing. Crew Alert puts everything in one place so you spend less time doing math and more time doing the job. RESERVE MANAGEMENT Track Long Call, Short Call, and Airport Standby windows with live countdowns. Know exactly where you stand before scheduling calls — and whether add pay applies before you even pick up the phone. ADD PAY TRACKING Configure your airline's thresholds once. When you get called out, Crew Alert automatically calculates your callout window and tells you what add pay applies. No more mental math at 0300. TRIP BUILDING Build trips manually or import directly from your scheduling system. Legs, layovers, report times, hotel info — organized the way crew actually work. FDP & FAR 117 COMPLIANCE Real-time flight duty period tracking with FAR 117 Table B and C calculations built in. Augmented crew, extensions, and rest requirements — all handled. SCHEDULE IMPORT Import your schedule directly from your airline's system. Supports ICS, plain-text, and HI1 formats. Reserve codes auto-detected on import. More carriers added regularly. LOGBOOK Log your flights and build your logbook without leaving the app. No separate tool needed. BUILT BY SOMEONE WHO FLIES Crew Alert was built by an active airline pilot who got tired of juggling spreadsheets, sticky notes, and a scheduling app that wasn't designed for any of this. Every feature solves a real problem. All data stays on your device. Subscribe to unlock full access.
