Growth Radar

Working designers get better in invisible ways. A user interview that shifted your thinking. A layout decision that aged well. A critique that rewired your taste. These moments happen — then disappear. Growth Radar makes invisible growth visible. LOG IN TEN SECONDS One line. What did you learn or do today? Tag a skill, tap log it, move on. Growth Radar never competes with your day. THE QUARTERLY RITUAL Every 90 days, take 15 minutes. Rate 57 skills across 11 design competency families. Watch your radar polygon redraw — past quarters ghosted behind, fading with age. See the shape of your craft change over time. WEEKLY PULSE Three quarterly goals. Every Friday, mark each green, amber, or red. One gentle notification. Nothing else. YEAR IN GROWTH At year end, generate a single PDF: four overlaid radars, a delta table, goals hit, starred entries, and your reflections stitched together. The thing you bring to a review. The thing you send to a mentor. YOUR DATA, YOUR RULES Full JSON export anytime. Silent, permanent deletion within 24 hours. Zero email. No social. No comparison to peers. Encrypted in transit and at rest. Leaving is as easy as arriving. Growth Radar is a private mirror for your design career — not a dashboard, not a coach, not a course. Small inputs. Compounding outputs.
