Field Tally

Field Tally is the easiest way for construction teams to capture, organize, and share what’s happening on the job site. Snap photos and videos as you walk the site, drop them straight into the right project, and let your office team turn them into reports, deliverables, and a clean record of work — all from one app. Whether you’re a superintendent doing daily walks, a project manager keeping owners in the loop, or a foreman documenting punch list items, Field Tally replaces the mess of camera rolls, group texts, and one-off email attachments with a single source of truth your whole team can rely on. CAPTURE FROM THE FIELD • Take photos and videos directly in the app and assign them to the right project in one tap • Upload existing photos, PDFs, and documents from your phone • Add captions and tags so nothing gets lost • Works on slow site Wi-Fi or LTE — large videos upload reliably in the background ORGANIZE WITH PROJECTS, TAGS & CHECKLISTS • Group every photo, file, and note under the project it belongs to • Tag media so anyone can find it later — by trade, area, status, or your own labels • Build checklists for daily inspections, safety walks, and punch lists • Compare site progress over time with built-in before/after pairs ANNOTATE & COMMUNICATE • Mark up photos with arrows, callouts, and notes to flag issues clearly • Comment on media and reports so everyone stays in context • Get notifications when teammates tag you or update something on your project GENERATE REPORTS, NOT BUSYWORK • Turn a day’s photos and notes into a polished PDF report in seconds • Submit reports for review, get them approved, and share them with owners and clients • Custom report fields capture exactly what your projects need — no rigid templates BUILT FOR TEAMS • Invite your whole company and assign roles: admin, manager, member, or viewer • Each crew member sees only what they should — projects stay isolated and secure • Activity logs show who did what, when, across every project WORKS WITH YOUR WEB DASHBOARD Field Tally on iOS pairs with the Field Tally web app, so PMs and back-office staff can manage projects, review submissions, and export reports from a full-size screen — while crews stay focused on capture in the field.
