Add them in this app, in Siri, or in the Reminders app itself — everything stays in sync. REAL APP BLOCKING Uses Apple's Screen Time framework — the same one Apple uses to enforce Focus modes. This isn't a trick that stops working after a day. Picked apps stay shielded until you've checked off your list. DAILY ROUTINES Recurring tasks reset automatically. Workout every weekday? Vitamins every morning? Set it once and it shows up every day it should. HOME SCREEN WIDGETS Check tasks off directly from the widget — no need to open the app. Lock Screen widgets, Dynamic Island support, and Live Activities keep your progress visible wherever you look.
