Hablamos español. HOW IT WORKS 1. Drop a pin, or tap Use My Current Location. 2. Choose where your vehicle is going. 3. See the full price before you confirm. 4. Every available ZeroTow driver near you is alerted at once. The first to accept heads your way. 5. Watch the truck on a live map. Once a driver accepts, you see their estimated arrival. THE PRICE YOU SEE IS THE PRICE YOU PAY The total shown before you confirm is the total you pay, plus sales tax and any tip you choose to add. Your card is held when you book. It is charged only after delivery and after you confirm. If you don't respond, it is confirmed automatically 12 hours after delivery. PHOTOS AT PICKUP AND DROP-OFF Before your vehicle is loaded, your driver photographs it from every side. You sign off first. At drop-off the driver photographs it again, with the time and place, and you confirm it arrived before your card is charged. CANCEL OR SCHEDULE Cancel free until a driver accepts. After that, a hook fee applies, and it goes to the driver. Need a tow later? Schedule one up to 7 days ahead. Cancel a scheduled tow free up to 2 hours before pickup. WHAT WE TOW Cars, SUVs, pickups and motorcycles, on flatbed or wheel-lift trucks. An emergency option is available. It costs more, and you still see the full price first. WHERE WE SERVE Pickups anywhere in Miami-Dade and Broward counties, including Miami, Hialeah, Doral, Kendall, Coral Gables, Homestead, Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Pembroke Pines and Miramar.
