Aro Staff

Managing a team is one of the hardest parts of running a small business. Aro Staff gives managers the tools to coordinate people, work, and day-to-day operations without the complexity of enterprise software or the gaps left by generic tools. Built for businesses in the Arogya network, Aro Staff brings scheduling, task management, staff development, performance, compliance, and operational checks into one place. Whether you're planning the week, assigning work during a shift, tracking employee development, or making sure required temperature checks are completed, Aro Staff helps managers stay on top of what matters. WHAT YOU CAN DO — Schedule shifts and manage employee availability — Assign and track tasks across your team — Organize recurring and shift-specific responsibilities — Record food and equipment temperature checks — Maintain a history of temperature readings for food safety and compliance — Track staff development goals and progress over time — Give structured feedback and document performance — Communicate directly with staff through the platform — Keep important operational and compliance activities in one place — See what needs attention from a single manager dashboard BUILT FOR THE WAY SMALL BUSINESSES ACTUALLY OPERATE Aro Staff is designed for businesses that need structure without unnecessary overhead. Managers can establish expectations, assign responsibility, and keep a record of important work without forcing employees to spend their shift inside an app. The result is a clearer operating rhythm: people know what they are responsible for, managers know what has been completed, and important checks are less likely to fall through the cracks.
