How's the date

Welcome to the ultimate group chat for your dating lore. Modern dating is a movie, and honestly? Some of these canon events belong in a museum. How's The Date (HTD) is the only app dedicated to the unhinged, awkward, and accidentally romantic receipts of real life. No generic relationship advice or fake flexes—just the raw, unfiltered truth about grabbing coffee with strangers. Whether you want to spill the tea on a disaster date or just binge-read someone else's drama, you've found your people. DROP THE LORE Share your dating Ws and Ls. Got set up on an arranged meeting that went sideways? Had a first date that actually felt like a rom-com? Write your chapters and let the community validate your experience. BINGE THE FEED Scroll through a gorgeous, card-based feed of real stories. It’s giving premium editorial, but make it messy, authentic real life. FILTER THE VIBES Craving chaos? Hit the Disaster tag. Want to feel something? Filter by Unexpected, Love, or Almost. Match your reading directly to whatever mood you are in today. REACT & RELATE Find your community in the comments. Drop a like, send a note, and bookmark the stories that left you shook. You are definitely not the only one who has lived through a deeply awkward silence over an iced matcha. HEAR THE STORY Sometimes text just doesn't do the cringe (or the chemistry) justice. Listen to raw audio narrations of dates to get every single ounce of the awkwardness, humor, and emotion. Because hearing the actual voice drop when they talk about the red flags? Unmatched. Grab your coffee. The tea is ready. Download HTD and enter your storytelling era.
