Before you open a distracting app, choose why you are going in, set a time limit, and let Mivo guide you back out when the timer ends. Unlike harsh blockers, Mivo starts with a 3-day observation period. It learns your baseline from your own estimate and real usage, then builds a gentle plan that reduces screen time gradually. Mivo is now on Mac. Everything that makes Mivo work on your phone — activity tracking, Focus sessions, drift blocking — now runs natively on your Mac too, with its own Focus Studio and Drift Detection built for the desktop. One account, every device. Sign in once and your history, Focus sessions, and settings sync automatically between iPhone and Mac. Start a Focus session on your Mac and it can block distracting apps on your iPhone too — nothing is stuck on whichever device you happened to be holding. Sign in with Apple or Google. Two faster, more private ways in — no password required for either. Mivo Still, wherever you are. Place your phone face-down and hold still to protect your streak — now backed by the same reliable session engine as everything else in Mivo, and synced across devices, so a streak you build on one device is a streak that counts everywhere. Mivo Clear keeps working. Your app mappings (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) still let you handle messages and posting without opening the endless feed — now synced as part of your account instead of living on one device. Session engine fixes. Fixed a bug in the core session timer where check-in intervals could fire more often than you set them to, a locked session could glitch after a mid-scroll check-in, and the countdown could hang instead of reaching a real end screen. This is the same engine Focus sessions, Mivo Still, and drift check-ins all run on, so it's more reliable everywhere, not just in one feature. Nothing gets lost. Sign out, switch phones, or reinstall — your history and settings restore automatically the next time you sign in.
