About FIT PACT: Fitness With Friends

FIT PACT helps you stay consistent with your fitness goals by doing them with friends. Create fitness challenges, track habits, check in with your squad, build streaks, track meals and steps, and keep each other accountable. MAKE A PACT WITH YOUR SQUAD Create a Pact for any fitness goal: going to the gym, running, hitting 10,000 steps, completing workouts, drinking more water, or building a new habit. Choose a daily or weekly goal and invite your friends. Check in with a photo, a note, or both. Follow your squad's progress, see who's keeping their streak alive, and encourage each other to stay on track. FITNESS CHALLENGES WITH FRIENDS Create challenges with your own squad or join a Public Challenge. Track progress, build streaks, earn badges, collect points, and climb the Global Leaderboard. AI CALORIE & MACRO TRACKING, NOW FREE Take a photo of your meal and FIT PACT can estimate the food, portion size, calories, protein, carbs, and fat. AI meal scans are free for everyone. Prefer to type it? Write what you ate, like "2 eggs and toast", and the calories and macros fill in automatically. Foods you add yourself are saved for next time. Set personalized calorie and macro targets based on your goal, body, and activity level. Track meals against your daily targets, look back at past days, tap any meal to see what was in it, and see the calories you burned from your steps. AI COACH Ask your AI Coach questions about your fitness goals, habits, and nutrition. The coach can use your goals, streaks, and logged meals to provide more relevant answers, daily nutrition insights, and suggestions when you're struggling to stay consistent. TRACK YOUR PROGRESS Keep your fitness tracking in one place: • Workouts and habits • Daily steps • Calories and macros • Water • Weight • Private notes • Daily and weekly goals • Streaks and consistency Your personal tracking stays private unless you choose to share something with your Pact. APPLE HEALTH Connect Apple Health to automatically sync your steps from your iPhone, Apple Watch, and other connected fitness apps. If your Pact has a step goal, FIT PACT can automatically count it when you reach your target. STREAKS & STATS See your personal streak, squad streak, consistency percentage, weekly progress, and recent check-ins. Optional reminders can help you check in before you lose a streak. BADGES & LEADERBOARDS Earn 53 badges for milestones including streaks, consistency, steps, photos, weekly targets, and social activity. Earn points, progress through 13 tiers from Beginner to Eternal, and compete on the Global Leaderboard. DAILY & WEEKLY PACTS Daily Pacts help you stay consistent with everyday habits and support up to two check-ins per day. Weekly Pacts let each member choose a target of 3 to 7 check-ins per week. Timezone support lets friends participate from different parts of the world. NO SQUAD YET? Browse Public Challenges and join other people working toward similar goals.
