Swapd - Fun photo swaps

Your camera roll has three tiers. Instagram is the top 1%. The curated shots — good lighting, flattering angle, ready for the world. WhatsApp is the bottom 60%. Logistics, screenshots, the parking spot you needed to remember. The middle is full of the real stuff. The ugly-laughing one. The photo you kept but never quite knew who to send it to. The screenshot from that night that still makes you cry-laugh three years later. The mid-blink shot that's somehow the truest picture ever taken of you. That's what Swapd is for. Pick one person — a best friend, a partner, a parent, a sibling. Start a Swap. Here's how it works: you both answer the same question, separately. Neither of you sees the other's answer until you've both gone. Then both are revealed at once. Mutual exposure is the trick — you can share the candid photo because you know they're about to share theirs too. Over time, your Swaps build into a private archive. Every photo in the order it was taken, not the order it was shared. The 2019 photo from your camera roll sits under 2019. Memory Lane is what actually happened — not what you decided to show the world. No social feed. No public profile. Nobody can find you unless you invite them personally. No likes, no comments, no follower counts — none of the things that turn sharing into performance. A few rules: be kind. Nothing illegal. No nudity. Nothing you'd be ashamed to send if they were standing next to you. That's it. — No ads. We don't sell your data. We don't use your photos to train AI. Your Swaps are between you and one other person. Nobody at Swapd looks at them. Not for everyone. Just for you two.
