Health Data Export Tool

Take your Apple Health records into files you can use. Choose the dates and metrics you need, then export to CSV, JSON or Excel for personal backups, spreadsheets or sharing. Pro is a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks Markdown, PDF reports, daily summaries and advanced metrics. YOUR RECORDS, YOUR CHOICE • Export steps, heart rate, sleep, weight, workouts and other supported health records. • Choose preset or custom date ranges and keep a history of your exports. • For supported detailed records, export packages preserve structured data, source details and available attachments alongside the chosen format. • Use exported files in your own analysis tools, including AI tools you choose. CONNECT WITH SHORTCUTS Use the Export Health Data action to return a file to your shortcut, then add actions such as Save File or Share. Grant access in the app first. Health data access requires the device to be unlocked; confirm opening the app when prompted. If a run is cancelled or times out, unlock and run the shortcut again. PRIVACY BY DEFAULT No account is required. Health data is processed on your device and is not automatically uploaded to our servers. You decide whether and where to share exported files. Availability depends on your OS version, device, permissions and records already stored in Health. Some record types require additional system authorization.
