Uhrschnell – Vienna Transit

When is your next tram, U-Bahn or bus? Uhrschnell shows you Wiener Linien departures in real time and helps you plan your way around Vienna. No account, no clutter. WHAT YOU CAN STILL CATCH The home screen shows what is leaving near you right now, with the walking time to the stop. A countdown ticks down, and U-Bahn departures stay visible while the train is still in the station. You also see whether the vehicle has a folding ramp and air conditioning. FIND STOPS Search by name, check the map or let Uhrschnell show you what is nearby. Open departures for your line and direction and save them as a favourite, so they are right there next time. PLAN ROUTES Origin, destination and, if you like, a stop along the way. “My location” works as origin or destination. On the way, the journey companion shows where you are, when you change and how many minutes you have for it. DISRUPTIONS AND NEWS All Wiener Linien alerts, filtered by your lines. With Disruption Push, Uhrschnell lets you know when something is up on your routes, only at the times and on the days you choose if you prefer. WIDGETS AND APPLE WATCH Widgets bring departures, disruptions and news to your Home Screen and Lock Screen. On Apple Watch you have departures and favourites on your wrist. Favourites and settings sync to your other Apple devices through iCloud. PIXEL LOOK AND PIXEL LOCO Uhrschnell comes in a pixel look with a Vienna panorama and six colour palettes. Prefer it plain? Just pick the “Classic” style in Settings. And a Pixel Loco rides along the tab bar: it earns EXP with you, levels up and unlocks new engines, coaches and liveries in the depot. SEVEN LANGUAGES German, Austrian German (with a proper Viennese touch), English, Bosnian, Croatian, Serbian and Turkish. Switch any time in Settings, no restart needed. NO ACCOUNT You do not need a Uhrschnell account. Location and notifications are optional, and you can pick stops and destinations by hand. Departures, maps and routes need an internet connection. Uhrschnell is an independent project, not an official Wiener Linien app. Passenger information comes from Wiener Linien data services. Availability and accuracy depend on the data provided.
