This version completely redesigns Home. At the top you can see your results for the month, quarter or year at a glance, including what you have collected, what you have spent and what you are owed. Just below, your most common actions are within easy reach: create an invoice, add an expense, scan a letter and access your bank. Companies House deadlines, important alerts and recent transactions are now arranged in clear cards on Aiden green. Getting Books ready is easier than ever with an assistant that guides you step by step and fills in your company details for you. Creating invoices and expenses is smoother too: each completed step is summarised at the top and you can return to it with one tap. You can also press and hold an invoice, expense or customer to open a menu with quick actions. You can now protect the app with Face ID or Touch ID, and the app recognises which one your iPhone supports. We have improved the experience on large and foldable screens, placing controls at the side and using the full display. We have also refreshed Documents, Settings and sign-in for a consistent look, made profile photos update immediately throughout the app and fixed several issues so everything works better.
