About Vor: Home Services & Handyman
Need help with a job at home? Vör connects customers and local home service providers. Record a short video to show what needs doing. AI helps describe the job and provides an initial estimate. Find relevant providers, send a request and discuss the price and estimated time. Keep job details, offers and messages together in the app. Providers can view invitations, reply with an offer and chat with the customer. For repairs, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting and cleaning. Availability depends on your area and the providers who respond. The AI estimate is a starting point, not a binding quote. Agree the scope and price with your provider. Original video, address, contact details and chat open after payment is secured.
What’s new
Version 1.0.15 · Updated October 18, 2026
New: record the job and you first get a private price estimate. No provider sees your request until you tap “Find providers”. If nobody explains the job out loud in the video, you can now write the explanation instead. “Record again” always starts a completely new video. While we search, the wheel shows how many providers we have found so far.
