6MWT Report

This application supports evaluation of the Six-Minute Walk Test (6MWT) by calculating the percentage of predicted distance (%predicted) based on input results. Using basic patient information such as age, sex, height, and weight, the app estimates predicted walking distance and compares it with the measured value, enabling individualized assessment of exercise tolerance. The results are automatically generated into a report that includes both patient-friendly explanations and clinician-oriented comments. The report can be saved and shared in PDF format, supporting clinical documentation and communication. Main features: ・Automatic calculation of %predicted from 6MWT results ・Comparison with predicted walking distance ・Generation of patient explanations and clinician comments ・Creation and export of A4 PDF reports ・Data storage and CSV export of records This application is not intended for diagnosis or treatment decisions. It is designed solely to support evaluation and provide reference information. Clinical decisions should always be made by qualified healthcare professionals.
