About Toll — Focus & App Blocker
Toll blocks distracting apps with real friction, so mindless scrolling stops before it starts. Choose the apps that drain your time (TikTok, Instagram, X, Reddit, Snapchat), set a daily grace period, and require a toll (watching an ad) to unlock after that. Each unlock creates a deliberate pause, then re-locks automatically after your chosen session length. Why Toll works: - Real-time interruption when you open a distracting app - Custom rules: app list, grace period, unlock duration - Designed for focus, productivity, sleep, and healthier screen habits - Built with Apple Screen Time APIs - 100% on-device privacy If you’ve tried blockers and still over-scroll, Toll adds the friction that willpower alone can’t.
