Voltra has been rebuilt from the ground up. • Your next weight, already filled in. Every set shows today's target next to what you did last time. Lift, and the rest timer starts on its own. • Targets that earn their way up. Hit your reps and the weight goes up next session. Miss and it waits for you. • New Train tab with your week plan. Swap or skip an exercise without losing the plan. • New Food tab: your day's calories and macros at a glance, with targets set from your body stats. • New Progress tab: FitScore, strength trends per lift, bodyweight, one Recap for your week, month or year, and Achievements. • Rest timer on your lock screen and in the Dynamic Island, with +30s and Skip. • Apple Health sync for workouts and bodyweight. • Weekly streaks that forgive: earn a freeze each full week and spend it when life happens. • Strength milestones to chase, and share cards for your PRs and recaps. • Faster setup: tell it your goal and your training days, and get a plan in under a minute. • Delete your account from Profile at any time. • Groups are hidden for now while we rework them.
