About Tidbit – Food & GLP-1 Tracker
Tidbit is the food and medication tracker built for life on GLP-1s. Whether you're on Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound, Rybelsus, Foundayo, or a compounded medication, Tidbit helps you stay on top of your nutrition, your doses, and how you feel — all in one place. FOOD LOGGING, MADE SIMPLE Search millions of foods with live autocomplete, scan a barcode, or snap a photo to log by OCR. Need to log a conference lunch without looking up every item? Quick Estimate lets you enter calories and macros in seconds and move on. See your progress rings update as you eat — calories, protein, fiber, carbs, and fat at a glance. Copy any meal or full day forward with one tap. ESTIMATE A MEAL FROM A PHOTO Restaurant plates, a friend's cooking, the conference lunch nobody has a barcode for. Photograph it and Tidbit breaks it into components with calories and macros for each — running on your device with Apple Intelligence, so the photo stays on your phone. You review before anything is logged. Swap a misidentified food for a suggested alternative, adjust any portion, leave out the cooking oil you didn't use, or search and add something the estimate missed. Nothing is logged until you say so. Five free scans. Unlimited with Premium. KNOW WHAT YOU'RE ACTUALLY EATING Every food shows the full nutrition picture — all 15 nutrients, including micronutrients like Vitamin D, Calcium, and Iron. See an incorrect value? Tap any nutrient to correct it, and Tidbit remembers your correction the next time you log the same food. GLP-1 MEDICATION TRACKING Log every dose — injection or pill — across all major GLP-1 and GIP medications, including compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, Rybelsus, the new Wegovy tablet, and Foundayo. Tidbit's estimated level chart uses published pharmacokinetic data to show how your medication builds and clears between doses. Tap the info button anytime for a full explanation of the model and its sources. WEIGHT, BODY & SYMPTOMS Log your weight manually or pull it straight from Apple Health. Track body measurements and see them charted inline on your Progress tab. Add progress photos to watch your physical journey unfold over time. Log symptoms like nausea, fatigue, and appetite changes with a severity scale so you can spot patterns and have more informed conversations with your doctor. PROGRESS AT A GLANCE Charts for nutrition trends, calorie surplus and deficit, weight over time, body measurements, medication history, and symptom patterns — all in one place. Filter by week, month, or longer to see the full arc of your journey, not just today. BUILT FOR HOW YOU ACTUALLY EAT • Barcode scanner and OCR food search • Quick Estimate for meals without exact counts • Save and reuse custom recipes with full nutrition tracking • Copy previous meals or full days with one tap • Customizable macro rings — show only what matters to you • Water tracking with a quick-add button • Logging streaks to keep you consistent • Home screen widget to check your rings without opening the app TIDBIT PREMIUM — $9.99/YEAR • History beyond 30 days • Micronutrient details (Vitamin D, Calcium, Iron, Potassium, Vitamin C) • Calorie surplus/deficit chart • Symptom trend chart and shot markers on your weight chart • Progress photos • Home screen widget customization • Saved recipes • Smart daily reminders that skip today automatically when you've already logged • Full data export and import • iCloud sync is always free for everyone Powered by fatsecret nutrition API (www.fatsecret.com). What’s new
Version 1.2 · Updated October 13, 2026
Point your camera at a meal. Get the numbers. ESTIMATE FROM PHOTO Tidbit can now look at a photo of your meal and break it down item by item — calories, protein, carbs, fat, and fiber for each thing on the plate. It runs entirely on your device using Apple Intelligence. No photo ever leaves your phone. It shows its work, and you get the final say: • Something misidentified? Swap it for one of the suggested alternatives. • Portion looks off? Adjust it. • Didn't use the oil it assumed? Leave it out. • Missing an ingredient? Search and add it. Five free scans to try it. Re-estimating the same photo never costs another one. Unlimited scans with Premium. Photo meals stay editable after you log them, with the full ingredient list intact — so a correction next week is as easy as one today. MEAL SCRAPBOOK Every meal you've photographed, in one grid, grouped by month. It turns out a food log you can actually look at is a nicer thing to keep. You can also attach a photo to any entry, however you logged it. DOSE CYCLE INSIGHTS If you track GLP-1 doses, the Meds tab now surfaces patterns in what you log across the days following each dose. Every observation is checked against your actual entries before you see it, and it always shows the days and numbers behind it. These are patterns in your logs — not medical advice. WEEKLY TIDBITS A short, friendly recap of your week. What you logged, what you kept coming back to. EIGHT NEW THEMES Matcha, Blueberry, Peach, Strawberry, Lavender, Cocoa, Mint, and the original Classic. Settings → Display. BUILD YOUR SHORTCUTS • Save several logged foods together as a reusable meal or recipe • Give your favorite recipes a nickname, an emoji, and a spot up top • Search now includes foods you've logged before, with filters by source • Copy a meal from any of the last 30 days ALSO IN THIS RELEASE Faster quick-add. More reliable weight tracking, including corrections you make in Apple Health. Accessibility and VoiceOver improvements throughout.
