About Orla: Fridge Recipe Generator

Orla looks at what's in your fridge and gives you one specific recipe to make for dinner tonight. No scrolling through ideas you don't have ingredients for. No "what's for dinner?" spiral at 6pm. Just your ingredients in — one delicious, real recipe out. HOW IT WORKS Add what's in your fridge — tap proteins, vegetables, dairy, and grains from the smart ingredient picker, or type your own. Choose a mood: • Quick — on the table fast • Healthy — fresh and light • Comfort — warm and satisfying • Impress — a little special tonight Orla generates one recipe made for your exact ingredients. You get the full card: title, why Orla picked it, ingredients with amounts, step-by-step instructions, and complete USDA-verified nutrition. BUILT FOR REAL DINNERTIME Cooking for kids? Toggle family mode and add up to four kids' ages — Orla adjusts the recipe to be more family-friendly. Serving size goes from 1 to 5+. Dietary filters cover vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, pescatarian, halal, kosher, low-carb, and keto. Conflict detection catches mismatches before you generate — so if you add chicken and select vegetarian, Orla will catch it. TRACK CALORIES WITHOUT THE WORK Every recipe Orla generates comes with USDA-verified nutrition — calories, protein, carbs, fat, and fibre. Tap "Cook this tonight" to log it to your daily macro tracker instantly. No manual entry. No barcode scanning. Set your goal: Cut (1600 kcal), Maintain (2000 kcal), Bulk (2600 kcal), or set fully custom targets. A full calendar shows every day you've logged, and you can browse any past day to see what you made. SAVE YOUR BEST DINNERS One tap saves any recipe to your personal library. Search by name or ingredient, filter by mood, and tap "Cook again" to bring any saved dinner straight into the cooking flow. Share as a beautiful branded recipe card or plain text — no app required to receive it. FRIDGE NOTES Save your current ingredient list as a named note — "My Fridge", "Weekend haul" — and reload it any time. Never re-enter the same ingredients twice. ORLA PRO Free: 5 recipes per month. Orla Pro gives you unlimited recipes, full macro tracking history, and all dietary filters. • Monthly: $2.99/month with 3-day free trial • Annual: $27.99/year with 3-day free trial (save 22%) Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation.
