Level Up Hockey

Most hockey players train without direction. They do the same drills they already know, with no way to measure if they're actually getting better. Level Up Hockey changes that. Built around the same training system that helped produce 20 WHL draft picks — including 5 in the first round and 75% of Team BC — Level Up Hockey is a progressive, gamified training experience that keeps competitive players coming back every single day. This is not a drill library. It's a system. HOW IT WORKS You start at your level and progress through a structured curriculum — stickhandling, shooting, and dryland conditioning. Every drill you complete earns points. Every session builds on the last. As you improve, new levels unlock. The better you get, the more the app opens up. You always know exactly where you stand, what to work on next, and how far you've come. THE COMPETITION Every drill puts you on a leaderboard against players your age. You're not just training alone — you're competing. Your teammates are on there. Players from across the country are on there. That leaderboard updates every week, and the only way to climb it is to do the work. Players who train with competition in mind improve faster. That's not a claim — it's what we see in the data, and it's what coaches see on the ice. WHAT'S INSIDE STICKHANDLING — A complete progressive curriculum from foundational puck control through elite-level patterns. Built to develop the hands that coaches notice. SHOOTING — Wrist shots, snap shots, backhands, one-timers. Every shot type, trained with the right mechanics, in the right sequence, until it becomes automatic. DRYLAND CONDITIONING — Off-ice training built specifically for hockey athletes. Agility, explosiveness, and edge work fundamentals you can do anywhere, year-round. 150+ expert-designed drills and growing. New content added every month. STREAKS, LEVELS, AND REWARDS Train on consecutive days and build your streak. Hit milestones and unlock new content. Earn your rank on the leaderboard. Level Up Hockey is designed the same way the best games are designed — to make you want to come back tomorrow. The players who get committed to this over a spring and summer show up to tryouts different. That's the promise. FOR TEAMS AND COACHES Level Up Hockey includes full team training tools.
